You have my up most respect and are the 'real life' inspiration that we should see and strive to be like.
My very best wishes to you for the weekend, you crazy lady! :p, but I'm sure you'll do brilliantly!
Enjoy! :)
Meg, you are a true friend. Your posts on your friends are beautiful. They are very lucky to have such a lovely lady in their life. If only there were more of you out there to share. :)

We *are* quite the pair! Pretty sure we could run the world if we wanted to. Megs -- what do you think? World domination? I'm game if you are!
Jo -- you're invited to be vice president.
What an amazing post. Those photos are truly inspirational. I've been feeling really sad about my weight loss recently. Despite giving up cakes, chocolate, sweets, biscuits AND crisps for Lent, plus walking 5 miles a day, doing DDP yoga, running 4k to work 3 times a week and swimming twice a week I haven't lost a single pound. I know I need to work more on my diet and portion size, and this is just the kick start I needed :) It's so lovely to see friendships blossoming. What a lovely warm and fuzzy this is. Good luck in your 10k Laura! xx
ReplyOh gosh, Sally -- if you're doing all that and still feeling defeated, perhaps you should talk to your doctor? You shouldn't have to suffer! Good luck with your journey <3
Wow. What an incredible transformation, not only physcially, but in the whole way she is living her life! Thank you for sharing :)

Gotta change your way of thinking before you can change anything else, I reckon, Amy! It took almost as much courage to alter my way of thinking as it did to change my habits. The human brain is a funny thing!
